Definitions

For the purpose of these Terms and Conditions, "Customer" shall mean anyone accessing or using the services provided by Painted Hand Casino ("PHC"), "User" shall mean anyone participating in PHC's on-site gaming activities, and "Operator" refers to Saskatchewan Indian Gaming Authority (SIGA).

Scope

These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between the Operator, User(s), and Customer(s) when accessing or using the services provided by PHC.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or participating in PHC's on-site gaming activities, Users and Customers acknowledge that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions in full.

Minimum Age Requirement

Only individuals aged 18 years or older are permitted to access the premises of PHC for the purpose of gaming.

Entry Requirements

To enter the premises, all Users must present valid government-issued identification that demonstrates their age and residency status within Saskatchewan.

Gaming Activities

PHC's on-site gaming activities include, but are not limited to: slots, electronic games, and table games. The Operator reserves the right to modify or remove any game at its sole discretion.

Deposit Limits

The User acknowledges that setting deposit limits through self-exclusion is available upon request from PHC management.

Voluntary Self-Exclusion

Users who are found in breach of these Terms and Conditions may be subject to voluntary exclusion, as determined by the Operator's policies and procedures.

Gaming Disputes

Any disputes arising from gaming activities shall be resolved under Saskatchewan law and jurisdiction exclusively.

Data Protection

The Customer acknowledges that PHC collects, stores, and shares personal data in accordance with applicable laws and regulations regarding privacy and data protection.

Copyright and Trademarks

All intellectual property rights related to PHC's services, including its website and branding materials, are the exclusive property of the Operator or its affiliates.

Jurisdiction and Lawsuit Venue

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Saskatchewan law and subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts of Saskatchewan.

Changes to Terms

The Operator reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, without prior notice, effective upon publication on PHC's website or posting within the premises.

Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all previous negotiations, agreements, warranties, conditions, representations, and understandings concerning the subject matter hereof.

Waiver of Rights

The failure by either party to exercise any right or remedy contained in these Terms and Conditions shall not be deemed a waiver of such rights.

Assignment

These Terms and Conditions are personal to each User and Customer and may not be assigned without prior written consent from the Operator.

By entering PHC's premises, Users acknowledge that they have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions and agree to abide by them in full.
